In the '70's, I studied classical bass (on my electric) with Steve Fava (Joe Fava's son) and completed this book in its entirety so I was not a stranger to reading music... ...but I had not read one single note in 17 years and on top of that, this was one of the "charts" that they had me play for my audition. I used Keynote drills to attempt to get my reading back but NOTHING could have prepared me for this!!! It is actually taped together with that tacky cloth surgical white tape!!! (it was the only chart like that in the entire book - thank goodnes!)
