The Kay's serial # I use a Crate BX-40 with the Jazz bass SOLD!

My SWR Workingman's 12 is for sale - the new rig has replaced it. It's in excellent shape except for some wear on the covering

I don't use this Acoustic 450 much anymore - and when I do I don't turn it past 1-1/2 (nothing like the 11 in  "This is spinal tap" or my earlier rock years)

I use a David Gage - The Realist - pickup. Because it mounts between the body and the base of the bridge, you get a truer sound. I replaced the SWR with these speakers and the David Eden rack head. This setup gives me the best sound yet! These two 10's sound great for the acoustic but don't add much bottom for an electric (enter the Avatar). After their concert, I had a chance to talk with the bassist for the Glenn Miller Orchestra and found out that he uses a Kay with a D. Gage Realist pickup (just like my setup) but this is what he uses for an amp - I went out the next day and bought mine! (Now if only I could play like him...)

I found this cabinet at the link below because I needed more bottom when I use the Fender. These people are great! Super sound and con-struction - Super price ($248 incl. shipping)

This volume control is what I use on the upright. It provides some control -  especially if I am using my other guitar through an A/B switch
